About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Strategist to lead the development of our content direction and messaging across channels. In this role, you’ll create and manage a cohesive content strategy that drives engagement, strengthens brand presence, and supports our business goals. You’ll collaborate across teams to create impactful content that is clear, consistent, and aligned with our audience needs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a clear content strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Create and manage an editorial calendar with consistent content pipeline.
- Write and refine content for social media, and customer resources.
- Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Use SEO best practices and keyword research to guide content development.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or marketing communications.
- Excellent writing, storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of content planning, management workflows, and editorial calendars.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Highly creative
